OMG, it’s Emotion!

Acupuncturists use hands and fingertips to palpate clients and to take their pulses. As our practice deepens, our hands and fingers become ears and eyes to the client’s body. In my session with clients, when I palpate their bodies, I often receive the energy that the body is holding as visual images and/or emotions through my hands. What are Coping Tools for Students who are Experiencing Bullying?

Bullying is often intentional and targets a specific person, intentionally trying to either hurt or harm them. Bullying will often be repetitive, and it can be seen as an imbalance of power. Bullies will use force or coercion to intimidate or scare you. I often like to tell the youth that I work with a little secret…Bullies are hurting on the inside, way more than we can imagine. Strengthening Boundary Setting through Journaling

The word boundaries mean many things to many people.  In general, though, healthy boundaries indicate healthy and authentic relationships with ourselves and others.
