This includes the physical and emotional to the spiritual and environmental. We believe this approach is the best way to provide you with the information and tools you need to implement real change.

You are confident in your ability to make the necessary changes to reach your goals, you just need direction. You have some idea of what you need to do, but you are finding it challenging to decide what to focus on and are not seeing the results you would like. You want evidence-based goals and recommendations to address your symptoms and get your health back on track.
Includes:
One (1) virtual 75-minute initial consultation.
A personalized health plan with targeted tangible diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations/goals (updated after each session).
Two (2) virtual 45-minute follow up sessions (scheduled every 3-4 weeks).
Recipe books to help support your goals.
Relevant handouts/resources.

The Refresh package is designed for individuals who have tried it all and are ready to change their approach to make sustainable diet and lifestyle changes that address their health concerns and goals, and improve their relationship with food once and for all! Individuals who need not only direction and guidance, but accountability and support to help them reach their goals. This package offers an in-depth, personalized approach to enhance your nutrition, lifestyle habits, and your relationship with food.
Includes:
One (1) virtual 75-minute initial consultation.
A personalized health plan with targeted tangible diet, supplement and lifestyle goals (updated after each session).
One sample 7-day meal plan.
Five (5) virtual 45-minute follow-up sessions (scheduled every 3 weeks).

Food Freedom Mastery Program - $229 + GST
Our 8-week Food Freedom Mastery Program is designed for women who have experienced the frustration of chronic dieting and are yearning for a healthier, more balanced relationship with food.
You will be guided through eight carefully curated modules, which each include a video presentation, module guide and homework specific to the week’s topic. Each module addresses different aspects that contribute to your habits and relationship with both food and your body. Our goal is to help you break free from the grip of emotional eating, binging, food rules, and diet culture, and reach a place of food freedom!
