Do you feel weighed down by worry, self-doubt, or past experiences that won’t let go? Maybe your mind is racing, emotions feel big and overwhelming, or your body is tense. It can be frustrating, exhausting, and lonely.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Together, we can make sense of what’s coming up for you and find ways to bring relief. I use practical tools to help you feel more grounded and in control, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a structured yet flexible mind-body therapy that helps process stress, trauma, and emotional blocks so they no longer feel overwhelming.
I’m passionate about supporting youth, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where you can feel truly heard. My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and strengths-based, using evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs.
I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#22809) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
